Claire is a very supportive coach. She's encouraging, promotes exercise and nutrition in a healthy way and is generally a lovely person to work with.
Being a runner before and during pregnancy I wanted to make sure I was returning to exercise in the safest way and as a pre/post-natal trainer and a runner herself, Claire was the perfect choice. She helped me build back strength in a safe way whilst also challenging me when she knew I was capable, even if I didn't!
Now as a working mum, I look forward to the hour of my week spent training in the gym, it's an hour to spend working on myself and I always leave grateful and pleased with what I've achieved in the session.

The highlight of my journey was returning to the Dava Way 52KM race I first completed two years ago in pain, overtraining, and near the cut off time. This time, with Claire’s training, I finished an hour faster, broke my PBs at multiple distances (30KM, marathon and 50KM), and enjoyed every single moment.
