I’ll be completely honest and say I don’t always have my shit together (NOBODY does), my life is messy and imperfect and I wouldn’t have it any other way. 

​

I’ve tried most things to be the smallest version of myself and probably could’ve worn a crown for being the queen of yo-yo dieting.

​

Well, me too. That was me for a large chunk of my life and quite frankly it was exhausting and damaged my physical, mental and emotional health.

 

I realised the way I was living wasn’t truly living. 

 

My priorities changed. 

 

My values changed. 

 

I finally felt like I was worth trying to feel good in my own skin.

 

After going through this experience myself, I want to arm you with the tools and skills to be flexible with nutrition and training so that you can ride the rollercoaster of life with no guilt or shame and still gain the results you’re after. 

 

It’s time you felt comfortable in your own body and freed yourself from all those restrictions.

I meet people where they're currently at and guide them to their full potential and actually enjoy their life.

 

I do this by providing a safe non judgmental space, all guidelines are backed by scientific evidence & experience and coached in a compassionate person centered way.
